Warranty Information.
All of our products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. If something breaks while under warrnty let us know. We will gladly replace anything which breaks during normal use while under warranty.
Returns.
We offer a 30 day return policy - if you have a problem, of any kind, with anything you purchased from us, please do not hesitate to inform us!! If you merely "changed your mind" or received a duplicate gift, we can still accept the return within 30 days, but can only refund the purchase price. Please also note that all returns MUST be sent to the proper address and be preauthroized! Please email or call (650) 299-0681 us for return instructions. If it is merely sent back to the warehouse, then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. Thanks for your understanding!!
